Placing Orders

We do our best to keep all products available, but occasionally items may sell out.
Prices and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if needed.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards and online banking options available during checkout.
Payment must be completed in full before we process your order.
Please ensure your billing information is correct to avoid delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs and times depend on your location.
Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days; international orders may take 7–21 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds

You can return items only if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Customised or final sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made in Store Credit, flexible, without expiry, usable for future purchases.
Store credit is applied immediately once approved. Cash refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Store Credit & Loyalty Points

Store credit can be used as a discount for future purchases.
Loyalty points are earned for every purchase (RM1 spent = 1 point).
Points can be redeemed during checkout and applied automatically to your order total.
