Orders are packed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours (working days) after payment is confirmed. Orders containing backorder items will be shipped once all items are ready unless placed separately.

International Delivery

Other Asia Countries RM55 - RM80 (First 1kg) + RM20 (each additional kg) 5 – 10 working days
Rest of the World RM230 (First 1kg) + RM50 (each additional kg) 7 – 14 working days

International shipping rates are nett and exclude customs duties, import taxes, and government charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels may be opened by customs for inspection.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. Registered customers may also view tracking details under My Account → Orders.

  • Self pick up is available for paid orders only (no cash on pick up).
