ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING FEE RESPONSIBILITIES —

Return Reason: Manufacturing defects / Stained / Incorrect item received. All return shipping costs will be covered by WES. If the customer chooses to return the item via their own courier service, the customer may claim the shipping fee from WES upon providing a valid receipt.

Return Reason: Sizing / Fitting matter / Not up to preferenceAll return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the BUYER. If the customer chooses to return the item via Ninja Van arranged by WES, the shipping fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
