Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available depending on your location and minimum order amount. Please check our Delivery & Pickup page for full details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on customs and location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Items can be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Customised or final sale items cannot be returned.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds can be issued as:
- Store Credit: Flexible and without expiry, usable on future purchases.
- Cash Refund: Returned to your original payment method (credit/debit cards or online banking). Certain payment methods may only support store credit refunds. Please refer to your order confirmation for your payment type.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, store credit refunds are applied immediately. Cash refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Store Credit & Loyalty
What is store credit?
Store credit acts as a discount on future purchases. 100 points = RM1. You can also earn points through purchases (RM1 spent = 1 point).
How do I use store credit?
During checkout, select your store credit as payment. The amount will be applied to your total automatically.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a sizing chart. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before purchasing. If you’re in between sizes, consider sizing up for a looser fit.
Can I exchange sizes?
Yes, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please contact us via email to initiate an exchange.

Do you have a physical store?

Orders & Payments
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify.
