Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Only exchange are allowed at the stores. No refund or return for orders made at our offline stores: Concept Store & Eslite or Pop Up / Bazaar.

 

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Fill in Return Form .
  2. Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return along with photos for verification in case of wrong or defective items.
  3. Our team will provide return shipping instructions via email.
  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship to the provided address.
  5. Due to the high cost of international shipping and time-consuming process, there is no returns accepted for all oversea orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Eligible Items for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Items eligible for return:

  • Regular stock items

Items not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or limited edition items
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Hygiene risk items such as innerwear
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued in Store Credits with no expiration date.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are only available for manufacturing defects.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 working days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds are not applicable for international orders or offline purchases (store or pop-up).
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Notes & Reminders

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery; no exceptions can be made.
  • Items must remain in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and / or packaging).
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider.
