How to shop

Add your favourite item into shopping cart

→ Check out your order and fill in your billing and shipping details

→ Place order when you are ready to proceed payment

→ Once payment is completed, look out for order confirmation email

→ Track your order status at My Account > Order History / Receive auto email notification updates on your order.

※ Adding item into your cart doesn’t guarantee reservation on product. Only paid orders can secure the product.

Order status indication

※ Pending Payment: Your order is still unpaid.

※ Processing: Your order payment is received and order is confirmed. Order is currently pending for packing and shipping out.

※ Completed: Your order has been handed over to our courier partner for delivery to your doorstep. Tracking number is attached.

※ Failed: Your order payment attempt is failed. You may reattempt your order payment again anytime within 24 hours pending payment period.

※ Cancelled: Your order is cancelled due to no payment received.
