Return

※ We accept any reason of returns. Return must be made under the terms below:

• Submit your return request within 7 days from the date of order received.
• Return your items within 7 days from the date of return approval received.
• In the state of good condition: undamaged (return parcel packing is under buyer responsibility), unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging along with order invoice.

Backorder

※ Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.

※ Arrival time for different items differs and is usually stated under the individual items.

※ We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. In the case of delayed/ cancelled backorders, refund will be issued in the form of Coupon Code with no expiry. Strictly no cash-form refunds.

※ If your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s), by default, your order will only be shipped out once all backorder items arrived. For separate shipping (additional charges might incurred – click HERE for more info), kindly do state at the “Note”  when checkout.

Preorder

※ Preorder are open for items which are not made available yet in ready stock.

※ Estimated time of arrival (ETA) may differ among items even under similar preorder batch. Kindly refer individual product page for the correct estimated time of arrival.

※ Ready stock will be made available if there is an extra release.

※ Any changes in time arrival of stock or if the preorder item is out of stock (due to unforeseen circumstances) after placing a successful order, you will be notified separately through email.

Delivery

※ Orders will be shipped out within 24 – 48 hours during working days (unless stated otherwise / under BACKORDER) upon payment verification.

※ All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.

※ All shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated automatically when your check out.

※ For any lost of parcels, we shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from courier company) is cleared, we will make the refund in the form of store credits back to you. (*Remarks: Your parcel delivery are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers)

Coupon Codes / Voucher

※ If you have a coupon code, kindly ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where coupon codes are not keyed-in at point of purchase.

※ Coupon codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly. Strictly duration-extension for any coupon codes with expiry date.
