Items eligible for return

– Normal price items

– Items purchased under New Arrivals 10% off promo.

– Defect/Incorrect item(s) received

Items not eligible for return

– Flash sales items / Off Season sales.

– Hygienic risk items such as Jewellery and Face Mask.

– Any other pre-stated non-returnable items.

Return procedure


1) Fill in form

Fill in the Return Form and submit it within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. (Your return case will be reviewed within 3 working dayss. Approval will be issued through email.

2) Return item(s) 

Once your return is approved, kindly proceed to return the item(s) in original packaging along with the order invoice to the stated address in your approval email within 7 days (fail attempt to ship the item within the stipulated time frame may lead the return request be voided or invalidated).  

3) Receive store credit or cash refund

Store Credits: Keep the credits for future exchange (Credit terms: 10 working days).

* A refund will be made in store credit with no expiration once your return item is received in good condition. Any order purchased using return credit cannot be returned again the subsequent time.

CASH: Refund through the original payment transaction method (Credit terms: 10 working days).

* For any Ninja Van return arrangement made via WES, if the return shipping fee is proclaim under buyer own expenses, the return shipping fee will automatically deduct from the refund amount.

* Note that if the total amount of the order after the deduction of returned item does not meet the minimum spending eligible for free shipping, a charge back of shipping fee will incur.

Reject Return Item

If your return item is being rejected back to you, it is likely due to the following reasons:

– Damaged item (return parcel packing is under buyer responsibility)

– Damaged packaging that would affect our re-sale.

– Alteration detected.

– Different item from what is being written in the return request form.

– No tagging intact or tagging is with the sign of being removed.

– Heavy odour that would affect our re-sale.

– Any protective sticker is not intact.

 

Shipping Fee Responsibility


For
return of faulty/ stained/ incorrect item(s)/ incorrect parcel, all expenses of shipping fee involved in the return procedure will be bourned by WES.

For return of other reasons, return item shipping will be under buyer expenses. 

 

Consultation of Sizing


Kindly consult us for sizing/fitting matter priorly if you are unsure. Do make sure to well-prepared your body measurement to ensure efficient advising from us. Our advise will solely be just a recommendation based on your provided measurement and our fitting knowledge. WES will not be held liable if the recommendation does not fit.
