*All International Delivery rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges except customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges. Please also take note that the shipment may be opened or searched by customs or security agencies in the destination country. Delivery FAQ
When will my order ship out once order is placed?
We will fulfill and ship out all order within 24 – 48 hours (during working days) from the time of payment completion, except for item(s) under BACKORDER.
If my order consists of both In-Stock and Backorder items, will your ship them separately?
By default, we will only ship your order out once backorder item(s) has arrived. For separate shipping, kindly place a separate order, both orders will be charged for delivery fees if both orders does not meet our Free Shipping terms.
If I place a separate order for Backorder item and Ready Stock item, and my total amount for both orders does meet the Free Shipping terms, do I still get to enjoy Free Shipping for both orders?
No. Both orders must meet our Free Shipping term individually in order for both orders to enjoy Free Shipping.
How can i check my order tracking number?
Your tracking number will be notified through email with the title head “Your order is completed”.
For registered user, you may check it at My Account > Order.
Self Pick Up
Only order with completed payment are valid for Self pick up. No cash on pick up available.
