Return & Exchange Policy
Return Overview
- Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel. For self-pickups, the 7-day period starts from the date you receive our WhatsApp/email collection notice.
- Online orders: Eligible for return or exchange.
- Offline purchases (retail store or pop-ups): Eligible for exchange only.
Items eligible for return
- Normal price items.
- Defective / Incorrect item(s) received.
* To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, in the same condition when you received, with original packaging and internal labels intact. Items must be free from odors, stains, or damage.
* Strictly no returns are accepted if the items are found faulty after washing or use.
Items not eligible for return
- Flash sales items / Off Season sales / Archive sales.
- Items that pose hygiene risks, such as jewellery and face masks.
- Any other pre-stated non-returnable items.
* Returns and exchanges for these reasons can only be done one (1) time per order.
Return Procedure & Refund
1) Submit the Return Form
- Fill in the form here and submit it within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
- Your request will be reviewed within 3 working days, approval will be issued through email once confirmed.
2) Returning the item(s)
- Once your request is approved, kindly proceed to return the item(s) in original packaging along with the order invoice to the stated address in your approval email via the desireable return method.
- Drop off at NinjaVan service point. (Airway Bill will be provided by WES)
- Drop off at WES HQ.
- Ship out via courier of your own choice.
- Item must be shipped within 7 days upon approval (fail attempt to ship the item within the stipulated time frame may lead the return request be voided or invalidated).
3) Inspection & Processing
- Once we receive your return, necessary inspection will be carried out to ensure the return items’ conditions are met.
- If approved, we will proceed with your chosen refund, store credit, or exchange method within 10 working days.
Refund & Exchange Methods
Depending on your order’s payment method, you may chose:
Store Credits
- A refund will be made in store credit with no expiration once your return item.
- Any order purchased using return credit cannot be returned again the subsequent time.
Refund via Cash
- Applicable only for payment made via Direct Bank Transfer — Malaysia QR Pay: Duit Now / Banking QR Pay / or supported e-wallet.
- Not applicable for payment method: iPay88 / Stripe / GrabPay / Atome / Apple Pay)
- Not available for international orders or offline purchases.
- Processing would take up to 10 working days.
For international purchases, we offer store credit or exchange only,
All exchanges are subject to return policy and product availability. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
By placing an overseas order, you agree to these terms.
* For any Ninja Van return shipping arranged by WES, if the return shipping fee is proclaim under buyer own expenses, the return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from the intended refund amount.
* Note that if the total amount of the order after the deduction of returned item does not meet the minimum spending eligible for free shipping, a charge back of shipping fee will incur.

Shipping Fee Responsibility
For return of faulty/ stained/ incorrect item(s)/ incorrect parcel, all expenses of shipping fee involved in the return procedure will be bourned by WES.
For return of other reasons, return item shipping will be under buyer expenses.
Consultation of Sizing
Kindly consult us for sizing/fitting matter priorly if you are unsure. Do make sure to well-prepared your body measurement to ensure efficient advising from us. Our advise will solely be just a recommendation based on your provided measurement and our fitting knowledge. WES will not be held liable if the recommendation does not fit.

Can I drop off at WES HQ for exchange or return?
Yes. Only at our HQ located at – KALOZ, No. 4, Unit 6 – Glen 9, Jalan Pensyarah U1/28, Taman Perindustrian HICOM Glenmarie, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, by appointment only.
