REPAIR SERVICE DETAILS Due to machinery and technical limitations, we can only provide simple, minor repair services for apparel and bags. Please note that any alterations made may result in slight differences from the original appearance of the product. Some repairs may be beyond our capabilities and are therefore subject to approval. 2. Repairs may be subject to delays if special tools, materials, or parts are required.

3. Customers will be informed of any significant changes to the expected repair completion date.

4. Shipping or postage fees, if applicable, will be communicated and are the responsibility of the customer. The WES Studio is not liable for any damages or loss that may occur during transit to and from our facility. Customers are to provide tracking number of the shipment if mailing their items.
